TARGETS GUIDE

Piggy Types and Target Priority Guide

Decide which Bills Must Be Paid piggies to hit first by durability, payout opportunity, stamina cost, and bill pressure.

THE SHORT ANSWER
Prioritize the target with the best expected value per safe swing, not automatically the rarest piggy on screen. Bill pressure and the current hammer can change the correct order.

Read piggies by role

Instead of memorizing one fixed order, classify each piggy by durability, time on screen, expected reward, and the number of safe swings required. This method keeps the guide useful when balance patches adjust exact values.

Common targets build the economy

Common piggies are the baseline test of a build. Reliable value from ordinary spawns pays bills even when rare targets do not appear. If common targets consume too much stamina or escape regularly, repair accuracy, hammer choice, or base damage before investing in luck.

Durable targets test damage efficiency

High-durability piggies can justify heavy hits and break rewards, but unfinished damage is wasted effort. Start one only when the hammer, remaining stamina, and time on screen make completion realistic. Otherwise bank faster targets and protect the payment route.

Rare targets are optional under pressure

A rare appearance feels urgent, but rarity does not cancel the bill timer. During green pressure, take a calculated detour. During yellow pressure, commit only when the target can be finished efficiently. During red pressure, choose guaranteed payment cash.

Target priority by hammer profile

Fast hammers favor targets that reward repeated hits and quick switching. Heavy hammers favor durable targets where each accurate impact matters. Balanced hammers can follow the highest immediate expected value and adapt more easily when the screen mix changes.

A simple priority decision

Ask four questions in order: Can I finish it? What does it cost in stamina? Will it delay the bill? Does it trigger my build? If the first three answers are safe and the fourth is positive, the target is probably worth taking.

Frequently asked questions

Which piggy should I hit first?

Hit the target you can finish efficiently without risking the bill. Expected value per safe swing is more important than rarity alone.

Should I always chase rare piggies?

No. Rare targets are optional when stamina or bill pressure is high. A failed chase can erase more value than the rare reward provides.

Why do durable piggies hurt my run?

They punish low damage and incomplete commitments. Use a suitable hammer or upgrade path, and skip them when the remaining stamina cannot finish the break.
